Pipelines and facilities for oil pipelines:

• Transfer pipelines, pumping stations, sorting nodes, auxiliary plants and complementary works;
• Pipelines and installations for gas pipelines;

The constant improvement of operating methodologies and the search for new construction solutions allow Impresa Tre Colli to carry out the assembly of large diameter pipelines in the most varied conditions, such as for example the installation of a multiplicity of pipelines inside a micro tunnels. In these types of works, Impresa Tre Colli was the first national operator to carry out interventions on the gas transport lines (48 inches) under the Po and the Adige.

The continuous improvement of operating methodologies and the search for new manufacturing solutions allow Impresa Tre Colli to carry out the installation of large diameter pipes in the most diverse conditions, such as the installation of a large number of pipes inside a micro tunnel, directional drilling, river crossing etc. The experience gained in very complex projects such as the oil pipelines connecting the Genoa Multedo oil pipeline and the Genoa Pegli oil field, consolidate Impresa Tre Colli as one of the leading experts in microtunneling.

Plant construction

Impresa Tre Colli is one of the leading companies in Italy for the construction of plants. Impresa Tre Colli has also developed an EPC solution, mainly for oil and gas storage terminals, pipelines and integrated projects such as gas reduction stations, flow stations, GOSPs etc. With its long experience, Impresa Tre Colli is able to provide a wide range of services, from feasibility studies to commissioning activities. Impresa Tre Colli can also provide mono-disciplinary construction services such as civil, electrical and instrumentation works, painting, fire prevention, thermal insulation and other complementary activities in order to offer the customer a complete portfolio of services. Impresa Tre Colli has established its internal capabilities to perform process design, basic and detailed engineering, procurement of engineered products and components and consequently Impresa Tre Colli can offer project management services, construction and commissioning management.

Global Services and Emergency Response

In addition to carrying out civil and mechanical ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and emergency intervention works, Tre Colli is able to provide customers with an integrated and complete service including the following activities and/or works with the aim of identify and prevent possible events harmful to the functionality of the pipelines such as:

• Servizio di guardalinee e ispezione lungo il tracciato di oleodotti e gasdotti;
• Controllo periodico degli impianti e apparecchiature di protezione catodica attiva e della protezione passiva (rivestimenti) delle condotte;
• Verifica della profondità di interramento delle condotte in corrispondenza di attraversamenti e punti di particolare criticità;
• Monitoraggio della stabilità dei terreni in pendenza e delle eventuali deformazioni delle condotte;
• Gestione dei rapporti con enti pubblici e soggetti privati (servitù, permessi,…) I lavori di manutenzione e pronto intervento vengono svolti dalla Tre Colli con la propria struttura operativa comprendente:
• Centri operativi di manutenzione e pronto intervento: sono dislocati sul territorio nazionale nei punti nevralgici o baricentrici delle reti di oleodotti e gasdotti; sono organizzati per coordinare e gestire lavori urgenti anche in situazioni di emergenza;
• Organico di personale e parco mezzi-attrezzature: l’impresa garantisce la disponibilità immediata di personale esperto ed attrezzature specialistiche, in quantità sufficienti per eseguire in tempo reale qualsiasi tipo di lavoro o intervento su impianti o tubazioni in esercizio.

The operational structure of the Tre Colli company makes itself immediately available also for civil protection interventions and works in cases of natural disasters.
